Henfield Conservation Volunteers

The main conservation activity is on the three Commons, namely Henfield, Broadmare and Oreham, together with projects in the Tanyard and around Danny’s Pond. We maintain and improve hedgerows, many ponds and streams, coppicing in the woodlands and removing invasive and often foreign species of plants. We normally work on one Sunday each month, but often add extra work schedules as necessary.
