Free Wellbeing Event for Our Local Carers!
Carers across Horsham District are invited to take a well-deserved break at the Carers Wellbeing Event on Wednesday 9 September, from 10am to 2pm at Henfield Leisure Centre.
This free event offers a relaxing and supportive space with a range of activities designed to promote wellbeing. Attendees can enjoy crafts, social sports such as badminton, pickleball and indoor archery, as well as mini health checks. There will also be yoga and stretching sessions, alongside hand and back massages for those looking to completely unwind.
Refreshments, including hot drinks, cakes and sandwiches, will be available throughout the day - providing plenty of time to relax and chat with others.
With Horsham Wellbeing, Carers Support and Age UK on hand there will also be lots of opportunity to find out what local support is available you.
