Are you looking for a fun, supportive way to start getting active? Horsham District Wellbeing is offering a free Introduction to Group Exercise courses designed especially for people who aren’t currently active. These sessions are perfect for anyone wanting to take their first steps toward a healthier lifestyle in a welcoming environment and are an introduction to five different types of exercise. The course, which run over 10 weeks, will be held at Henfield Leisure Centre with a day and evening option. The day session starts Friday 29 January, 11.00-11.45 and the evening one Thursday 29 January, 18.00-18.45.
