Indoor short mat bowls sessions every Wednesday and Friday mornings.
Come and join the informal ‘Friday Friends’ to play short mat bowls. The game is basically the same as lawn bowls except that we keep dry even on wet days! A good place to come on a damp winter morning. We have four ‘mats’ which accommodate up to 32 players, so usually everyone that turns up gets a game. This is a really friendly group of bowls enthusiasts and the game is not expensive – we pay £3.00 for the morning, which includes coffee. We are not a formal club, but a cooperative group of enthusiastic and friendly players.
