Men 50 + Make your first Monday Count!
The Silver Bullet Club is a monthly get-together for men aged 50 and over who enjoy good conversation and good company. Meet local people over a cuppa, test your knowledge in a quiz, try a tabletop game or simply sit back and have a chat. There is no pressure and no need to book (although it’s useful if you let us know you are coming!) so you can just turn up and join in as much or as little as you like.
From time to time, guest speakers and organizations also share useful, down-to-earth advice on health and wellbeing.
WHEN: First Monday of every month from 10.30 – 12.30
WHERE: The Royal George, Upper Shoreham Road (by Holmbush roundabout)
WHO: Men aged 50+ in the local area – including BN5
Organised by Age UK West Sussex, Brighton & Hove and run by friendly volunteers with staff support. Come along, pull up a chair and give it a go - you’ll receive a warm welcome.
