Are you looking to get back into some gentle exercise?
Ready to build your health and fitness? Or just want some leisure time to improve your wellbeing? Our classes are small and suitable for all as exercises can be adapted - ladies, gents, couples; we have had customers ranging from 14 – 86 years of age. We offer ante-natal and post-natal ladies, as well as parents, whose children are at pre-school, nursery or school, a brief period of ‘me-time’ and cater for customers with chronic conditions such as Parkinson’s, MS, Fibromyalgia and arthritis sufferers of all kinds. We also offer classes for dementia sufferers with an accompanying carer's discount.

General Aqua Yoga – all exercises can be adapted for specific conditions - a gentle class of yoga exercise adapted to water - stretch, relax and tone using all the properties of water – gravity, buoyancy, resistance, hydrostatic pressure.
Aqua March - gentle walking and marching exercises designed for stability and mobility issues, pre and post op, and lower body problems with knees / hips / ankles. Also good for those who have breathing difficulties - copd, long covid etc.
Aqua Natal Yoga – we welcome expectant mums into our General Aqua Yoga classes - and in time we hope to offer a pregnancy specific class. Classes suitable from 14 weeks to full term. Mums, sisters, partners, birth partners welcome too!
A beautiful warm private pool with plenty of parking, changing and shower facilities. Early morning and lunchtime classes available.
