Trenchmore Farm is run by Andrew and his daughter Rachel in Cowfold, West Sussex. They produce Sussex Wagyu beef, farmhouse cider called Silly Moo, and have a small flock of hens scratching around the apple orchard. Trenchmore is farming in a regenerative way that supports soil health and carbon capture, promotes wildlife and ecology and produces the most delicious food and drink. The farm has won awards for both sustainability and produce, and supplied some of the best restaurants and pubs in Sussex, including Michelin starred Restaurant Interlude and Gravetye Manor.
