The Agria Royal International Horse Show is one of the highlights of the Sussex equestrian social calendar and a fantastic day out for all the family.
Prestigious showing and showjumping classes take place all week, featuring the Ashby Underwriting Eventers’ Challenge on Thursday, and the Agria Nations Cup of Great Britain on Friday, in which the British team will face some of the world’s leading showjumping nations. Saturday and Sunday host Britain’s most historic classes, the Queen Elizabeth II Cup, the King George V Gold Cup, and the Supreme Products Supreme Ridden Pony and the Barberstown Castle Supreme Ridden Horse Championships.
Ladies’ Day takes place on Saturday, with a range of luxury prizes on offer for the best dressed visitors. The extensive shopping village is a big draw, plus the Village Green area with street food stalls, a funfair and a live entertainment stage. There’s also a vast range of bars, restaurants and hospitality options to make your visit truly memorable.
