Tickets are on sale for a concert being performed by Vocal Fusion Acapella, Kaleidoscope Singers and soloist Charlie Wood at Champs Hill.
The concert will showcase a diverse selection of music spans, genres and eras, from timeless jazz standards like 'Girl from Ipanema' to classic Broadway tunes such as 'Putting on the Ritz', musical numbers such as 'Do you hear the people sing' to gospel classics. Alongside 1960s popular classics such as the Beach Boys it includes both choral and sacred works like 'Ubi Caritas', evocative folk songs such as 'Brigg Fair', and modern compositions like 'Nyon Nyon' that push vocal boundaries.
The range reflects a blend of cultural reflections, nostalgic melodies, and uplifting pieces.
The concert is in aid of The Malawi Schools project and Rare Dementia Support Charities.
Doors open at 6.30pm, with concert start time of 7pm. Tickets £20 (including complimentary drink).
