Welcome glass of Albourne Estate sparkling wine accompanied by smoked almonds and olives
Crisp Ham Hock Croquette Served with a silky confit garlic aioli and delicately pickled shallots
Pot-Roasted Free-Range Chicken infused with confit of garlic and finished with a fragrant cider reduction.
Accompanied by honey-glazed heritage carrots and slow-roasted celeriac and potato gratin.
Panettone Bread & Butter Pudding Infused with orange and Albourne Estate 40 Vermouth
