Henfield Computer Club invite you to join them for a workshop: My future care - live for today, plan for tomorrow.
They will introduce the wonderful handbook ‘My future care - live for today, plan for tomorrow’. The Handbook is packed with information and prompts relating to your wishes should you require the support of others. The handbook includes checklists, planning tools and templates to help you make decisions and put them into action. It is designed so you can also make notes. This workshop will be to help guide you through the Handbook. They ask for a donation of £5 per handbook.
The workshop will be held in the Garden Room, Henfield Hall.
£2 for members and £3 for guests.
