A free, fun-filled morning with creative activities, games, and gentle wellbeing vibes for all ages. Whether you're getting hands-on with crafts or joining in a friendly challenge, there’s something for everyone to enjoy!
Activities include:
Theatre Improv workshop – A chance to express yourself and have fun with games and scenes in a supportive space
Gladiator Duel Pad – A light-hearted way to burn off energy and test your balance in a friendly challenge
Egg Painting – Decorate your own Easter egg—great for children and adults alike
Padel Tennis Taster Sessions – Try this energetic and fun sport with guidance from Henfield Leisure Centre (booking may be required)
Plant-a-Seed Activity – A mindful moment to plant something and set an intention—either take it home or follow up with us in nature later this spring
Wellbeing Quiz with Chocolate Prizes – Fun and thought-provoking questions with sweet rewards (first come, first served)
Also happening on the day:
Henfield Football Club youth teams will be taking part in a Challenge Walk around the King’s Field with Annie, raising funds for The Haven. Do give them a wave if you see them passing!
This event is free and open to all ages, with something for everyone—parents, teens, kids, and families.
