Henfield Birdwatch has invited Nicholas Watts who farms 2500 acres in Lincolnshire at Vine House Farm and has set up Vine House Birdfoods, now one of the biggest suppliers of bird food in the UK to give a talk that will cover the history of the farm and what he has done to help increase wildlife while continuing to grow food.
Nicholas has farmed at Vine House Farm since 1964. His inspiration and enthusiasm for farming and wildlife is the reason why Vine House Farm Bird Foods was born. He was awarded an MBE in the Queen's New Year's Honours list in 2006. for his services to farming and conservation in Lincolnshire
