HenRox is Henfield’s answer to HyRox – offering 1km runs between x8 fitness stations and challenges.
Entry is £10 with some event proceeds going to Challenge Annie, so not only are you getting an incredible workout in a great atmosphere, you’re contributing to keeping the Henfield Haven safe for the future.

A huge thank you to two Henfield institutions; Henfield Football Club and Henfield Tennis Club, who are sponsoring HenRox in aid of the Henfield Haven. Henfield Tennis Club offers affordable, friendly and competitive tennis for all, it’s very much a family club with great coaching and facilities. Henfield Football Club are proud supporters of the Henfield Haven, their youth teams played a big part in fundraising for the Save the Haven campaign, and very recently they donated a huge flat-screen TV for the benefit of our customers. Their community ethos is genuinely appreciated across our village.
