Parliamentary Election, Thursday 4 July 2024

The Parliamentary Election is taking place on Thursday 4 July 2024. Polling takes place between 7am and 10pm. The list of candidates are available here where you can also find details of your polling station. 

Voter ID.

You will need to bring photo identification with you to vote at this election. Expired ID will be accepted if the photo still looks like you. Accepted forms of ID include:

  • A UK, EEA or Commonwealth passport

  • A UK or EEA driving licence (including a provisional licence)

  • An older person’s or disabled person’s bus pass

  • An EEA national identity card

  • A biometric immigration document

  • An identity card with the Proof of Age Standards Scheme hologram (PASS card)

  • A Blue Badge.
