The Arts Society Henfield. We are delighted to welcome James Campbell for a study day on Ernest Howard Shepard, the English artist and book illustrator, best known and loved for his delightful drawings of Winnie the Pooh and friends as well as 'Wind in the Willows'. James Campbell, grandson-in-law to Shepard, will tell the story of E H Shepard's experiences during the First World War through his own artwork that has lain undiscovered for nearly a century.
The day will include two lectures in the morning, sandwich lunch with wine, followed by a further interactive session. Further information with booking form on our website.
