160 new homes have been given the go-ahead for a greenfield site adjacent to the Cat & Canary Pub, just north of West End Lane. The plans were initially rejected by Horsham District Council but have been allowed by the Planning Inspectorate after an appeal inquiry by Barratt Homes in March.
