Hosted at Red Oaks Care Home and bringing pre-schoolers and their parents together with older adults who love the energy of little ones!
No singing or music experience is necessary, the sessions are completely free and fun. There's tea, coffee and cake afterwards and the sessions are run by a professional music therapist.
This initiative is brought to you by Nordoff & Robbins, the UK's largest music therapy charity, in association with Henfield Community Partnership.
